The BMW i8 Engine
The BMW i8 is powered by a turbo charged 1.5 Litre inline 3 cylinder engine that produces 170 kW (228 hp) of power. Additionally there is a 98 kW (131 hp) electric engine. The engine power is delivered through six speed automatic gear box to all four wheels.
